Overview

We serve clients in the banking and financial industries with respect to secured and unsecured credit transactions, ranging from ordinary working capital lines of credit to financing for acquisitions of business and capital assets such as vessels, aircraft and rolling stock.  We represent federal and state-chartered commercial banks, savings banks and financial institutions ranging in size from local independent banks and thrifts to large “super-regional” national/international banks and holding companies.

Our team has extensive experience in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions and in representing lenders to private equity shops and hedge funds. Our lending clients include major money center banks, non-U.S. banks, local commercial banks and savings institutions, finance companies, and investment banks. By collaborating with the firm’s other departments, we are able to add value to our financial institution clients by evaluating credit risks that depend on analysis of issues in those substantive areas.
