- Represented affordable housing developer in connection with the acquisition, financing and development of the Residences at Equality Park, a 48-unit apartment complex in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
- Represented anchor tenant in the negotiation, preparation and modification of baseball stadium lease
- Represented lender making a $36,500,000 construction loan for the development of a 116,000 +/- sq. ft. medical office building in Miami-Dade County
- Represented lender in connection with a $44,250,000 loan for the acquisition of the Conrad Miami Hotel
