Taylor Yawney is a Shareholder in the Real Estate Department. Taylor focuses on a wide range of real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing and development of real estate assets. Taylor also represents institutional lenders and investors in all aspects of commercial real estate lending, including construction, acquisition, permanent and low-income housing tax credit financing.

- Represented affordable housing developer in connection with the acquisition, financing and development of the Residences at Equality Park, a 48-unit apartment complex in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
- Represented anchor tenant in the negotiation, preparation and modification of baseball stadium lease
- Represented lender making a $36,500,000 construction loan for the development of a 116,000 +/- sq. ft. medical office building in Miami-Dade County
- Represented lender in connection with a $44,250,000 loan for the acquisition of the Conrad Miami Hotel
- Represents developers, landowners and investors in the acquisition, development, sale, management and financing of commercial real estate
