Overview
Michael Keyes’ clients include large public companies traded on the NYSE as well as privately-held companies. He is experienced with public and private company mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and spin-offs. Michael works on complex, significant transactions, both in the U.S. and cross border transactions involving cutting edge Life Science businesses. He also counsels clients with respect to compliance and heightened corporate governance issues arising out of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. He has served as Issuer’s counsel in connection with offerings of equity, debt, and trust-preferred securities in public, private, and 144A offerings. Michael is also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and serves on its Hiring Committee.
