Overview

Juliette Hernandez represents institutional lenders and developers in connection with financing, development, construction, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate projects, including multi-family apartment buildings, shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, warehouses, industrial and mixed-use properties. She also provides representation in broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing and property development.

Juliette earned her J.D., cum laude, from University of Miami School of Law. During her time at UM, Juliette clerked in the firm’s Real Estate Department; served as the President of the Cuban American Bar Association, served as the Articles and Comments Editor for the University of Miami Business Law Review, and served as a Student Clinician at University Miami School of Law’s Investor Rights Clinic.
