Overview

Ivette Delgado focuses her practice on helping both residential and commercial property owners reduce their property tax liabilities through administrative appeals before Value Adjustment Boards and in Circuit Court. She also has experience in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial and residential development, commercial leasing, financing, and general corporate work.

Prior to joining the firm, Ivette worked at a boutique law firm in Aventura focusing on property tax consulting services. During law school, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Marcia G. Cooke, for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
