Overview
Hannah Murphy is an Associate in the Litigation Group practicing in the areas of antitrust, consumer protection, elections, technology, trusts and estates.
Prior to joining the Firm, Hannah clerked for the Honorable Mark Walker, in the Northern District of Florida. During her time there, Hannah assisted Judge Walker in trials and hearings on civil and criminal matters, including multi-district litigation. She also worked on high-profile orders on a variety of matters dealing with election law, constitutional law, civil rights, and employment disputes.
Hannah received her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law where she served as Editor in Chief of the Florida State University Law Review. She also served as a Research Assistant for Professors Atkinson and Morley. During law school, Hannah served as a law clerk in the firm’s Tallahassee office, and represented low income clients in the Public Interest Law Center’s Veteran’s Clinic.
Prior to law school, Hannah worked in political campaigns. She served as Data Director for former United States Senator Doug Jones’s Senatorial Campaign and for the Florida Democratic Party in 2016. Prior to that, Hannah held roles at various national political campaign-related organizations including NGP VAN, Revolution Messaging, Organizing for America, and the Democratic National Committee.
