Hannah Murphy is a litigator who focuses her practice on trusts and estates, elections, and consumer protection.

- Election Law (Candidates, Political Committees, Communications, Contributions, Election Contests, Recount Monitoring, and Related Litigation)
- Estate, Probate, and Trust Litigation (Undue Influence Claims, Fiduciary Duty Claims, Construction of Trusts and Wills for multimillion dollar trusts)
- Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA)

Prior to joining the Firm, Hannah clerked for the Honorable Mark Walker in the Northern District of Florida, where she worked on, among other things, multi-district litigation and high-profile election and First Amendment cases.
Prior to law school, Hannah worked in political campaigns. She served as Data Director to a successful United States Senate campaign as well as a state party. She also held roles at various national political organizations working on state and federal election compliance, database administration, and communication strategy.
