Overview
Alex has experience representing purchasers, sellers, developers, landlords and tenants in a wide variety of real estate transactions related to multifamily developments, industrial properties, office buildings, shopping centers, and vacant land.
Prior to joining the firm, Alex had nearly a decade of experience serving as transaction and general counsel to a real estate private equity fund and as a real estate associate at global law firm.

Notable Experience
- Represent national multi-family developer in all aspects of its real estate business across several States, including the acquisition, disposition, ground lease, development and construction of large-scale projects.
- Represented real estate private equity fund platform in the sale, acquisition, leasing, and financing of grocery anchored shopping centers across the US.
- Represented a large affordable housing developer in connection with loans for the acquisition, rehabilitation and construction of low-income (LIHTC) housing projects.
