Alex has experience representing purchasers, sellers, developers, landlords and tenants in a wide variety of real estate transactions related to multifamily developments, industrial properties, office buildings, shopping centers, and vacant land.

Prior to joining the firm, Alex had nearly a decade of experience serving as transaction and general counsel to a real estate private equity fund and as a real estate associate at global law firm.
