2025 Real Estate Taxes Due March 31

2025 taxes must be paid by March 31, 2026 to avoid penalties, interest, and dismissal of any pending ad valorem tax appeals.

  • If your appeal has concluded and your taxes were reduced:
Pay all non-ad valorem taxes and the reduced ad valorem taxes in full.
  • If your appeal is still pending:
Pay all non-ad valorem taxes and at least 75% of the current ad valorem taxes to avoid automatic denial of your appeal.  If your appeal is successful and your taxes are reduced, the Tax Collector will refund any overpayment to the person who paid the taxes.
  • If you have already paid your taxes, you can disregard this message.
