Hannah E. Murphy

Hannah Murphy is a litigator who focuses her practice on privacy law, consumer protection, and elections. She earned the ANSI-accredited Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) credential through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Prior to joining the firm, Hannah clerked for the Honorable Mark Walker in the Northern District of Florida, where she worked on, among other things, multi-district litigation and high-profile election and First Amendment cases.  

Prior to law school, Hannah worked in political campaigns. She served as Data Director to a successful United States Senate campaign as well as a state party. She also held roles at various national political organizations working on state and federal election compliance, database administration, and digital marketing.
