Chad Davis has experience with a broad range of commercial real estate transactions including retail properties, educational facilities, industrial warehouses, mixed-use developments, and large-scale raw land development for institutional and publicly-traded clients. He also has experience assisting condominiums, cooperatives, and homeowners associations.
