Stearns Weaver Miller Welcomes Chad Davis in Tampa

TAMPA, FL – Stearns Weaver Miller announced that Charles “Chad” Davis III has joined the firm’s Tampa office as Of Counsel.

A practicing lawyer in Tampa since 2017, prior to joining the firm, Chad was most recently an associate at an AmLaw 200 firm where he focused on transactional real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions, land use and rezonings, corporate leasing, joint ventures and corporate formations. Chad was involved in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions concerning retail properties, educational facilities, industrial warehouses, mixed-use developments, and large-scale raw land development for institutional and publicly-traded clients. Chad has also assisted Florida condominiums, cooperatives, and homeowners’ associations in the formation and administration of governing documents, including as part of raw land development.

Additionally, Chad’s experience includes a variety of land use and zoning matters such as local rezoning and land use applications, administration, and hearings; local government code enforcement and lobbying; land use and property rights; and title analysis.

Chad earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Florida.
