Overview
Stephanie Hines represents clients on the full range of transactional real estate matters, including the purchase, sale and financing of commercial properties.
Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie served for over a decade as an associate and later as counsel in the Capital Markets and Structured Finance groups at various AmLaw 100 law firms. During law school, she served as a Legal Intern for Commissioner Dan Gallagher at the Securities and Exchange Commission Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
