Shani Rapapport has experience in a wide range of real estate transactions and corporate matters. She represents borrowers, developers, landlords and tenants in connection with complex commercial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and ongoing development issues. She also represents businesses in general corporate transactions.
