Overview

Ryan Manasse serves firm clients as an in-house Director of Entitlements. He aids in the preparation of land use applications for zoning, variances, conditional and special use permits, code enforcement, comprehensive planning, and permitting matters.

Ryan Manasse has experience with planning and development in both the private and public sector. Prior to joining the firm, he served as the Director of Development and Planning for a Tampa Bay regional law firm. He worked in the public sector with land use and code enforcement for seven years, including as Planning and Development Coordinator for the City of Tampa and in the City’s Code Enforcement Department.

Ryan is a Certified General Contractor and United States Marine Corps veteran.
