Ferran Arimon has experience in a wide array of real estate transactions including structuring, negotiating and closing commercial office, retail, mixed use, and industrial properties, often involving significant construction and development considerations.

Prior to joining the firm, Ferran served as transaction and general counsel to a real estate private equity fund. He also previously worked as an Associate at one of Florida’s largest law firms and as an analyst in the real estate department for an investment management and asset management platform.

Notable Experience

  • Represented a national private equity fund in connection with a $180 million three-property portfolio acquisition and financing including a 254,000 square foot shopping center located in Fairfax, Virginia, a 264,000 square foot shopping center located in Snellville, Georgia, and a 476,000 square foot shopping center located in San Antonio, Texas.
  • Represented a private equity fund in connection with a $70.1 million disposition of a 654,000 square foot shopping center located in Charlotte, North Carolina MSA and the related CMBS loan assignment.
  • Represented a joint venture in connection with a $42 million acquisition and related financing of a 207,000 square foot shopping center located in Highland Village, Texas.
  • Represented a national real estate investment private equity fund in connection with a $39.05 million disposition of a 124,000 square foot shopping center in Jupiter, Florida.
  • Represented a national private equity fund in connection with obtaining a $33.5 million construction loan for the development of a 133,000 square foot shopping center in Burnsville, Minnesota.
  • Represented a national private equity fund in connection with obtaining a $21 million construction loan for the development of a 27,000 square foot distribution facility in Bronx, New York.
