Emily Pepin Bouza is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in City, County, and Local Government Law.  She represents clients before local and state governments and in litigation on land use and land development issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Emily had nearly 15 years’ experience in local government, with an emphasis in land use and eminent domain litigation. She served as an Assistant County Attorney in the Leon County Attorney’s Office as the lead land use and zoning attorney advising the Planning Department, Development Services Division, Environmental Services Division, and Public Works on various issues regarding land development in Leon County. She also served as the Assistant County Attorney in the Collier County Attorney’s Office where she was the lead eminent domain litigation attorney.
