Overview
Oliver Oks has experience in a variety of high stakes commercial real estate transactions. He represents a diverse set of clients, including owners, developers, lenders and institutional and non-institutional investors in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, complex equity and joint venture issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Oliver was as an associate in the real estate department of global law firm. During law school, he served as a legal intern at the Fordham University School of Law Immigrant Rights Clinic.
