Overview
Emily Gross represents clients in general corporate transactions, including entity formation and structuring, sales and acquisitions, and debt and equity transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Emily served as a summer associate, law clerk and associate attorney at several law offices gaining experience in medical malpractice defense, real estate, tax, trusts and estates, and corporate law.
