Bailey Spade focuses his practice on transactional real estate matters, representing clients in the acquisition, disposition and development of various types of commercial property, including multi-family and affordable housing developments. He also represents lenders and borrowers in complex financing transactions.

While earning his J.D., Bailey worked as a law clerk assisting the firm’s affordable housing group.
