Overview
Alejandro J. Carballido’s practice focuses on transactional real estate matters, with an emphasis on the acquisition, disposition and development of commercial properties, including multifamily and affordable housing developments. He also advises lenders and borrowers on complex real estate financing transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Alejandro worked at a Florida law firm and a boutique law firm in Miami where he gained experience in estate planning and intergenerational wealth transfers. Alejandro also worked at a Big Four accounting firm as an associate where he assisted high-net worth individuals and multinational businesses with issues related to domestic and international taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and estate and gift tax planning.
