Overview

Alejandro J. Carballido advises businesses and individuals on corporate transactions, tax planning, and wealth structuring. His practice focuses on domestic and international estate planning, asset protection, business succession planning, real property transactions, and tax planning.

Prior to joining the firm, Alejandro worked at a Florida law firm and a boutique law firm in Miami where he gained experience in estate planning and intergenerational wealth transfers. Alejandro also worked at a Big Four accounting firm as an associate where he assisted high-net worth individuals and multinational businesses with issues related to domestic and international taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and estate and gift tax planning.

  • Develop and implement individual estate plans including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and ancillary documents.
  • Provide tax planning strategies for businesses and high-net worth individuals.
  • Structure ownership of real estate and closely held businesses for tax efficiency.
  • Advise clients on corporate structuring, governance, and transactional matters.  
  • Assist fiduciaries and beneficiaries in probate and trust administration matters.
