Overview

Ryan Bogatz focuses his practice on reviewing, negotiating, and advising clients on all aspects of commercial leases. His experience also includes negotiating and drafting various transactions, including asset, membership interest and stock purchase agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Ryan served as Vice-Chair of the Real Estate department at a law firm in New York where he represented clients in the hospitality industry in lease and asset purchase transactions.

Ryan earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.S. and M.S. from the University of Florida. During law school, he served as a legal intern for a professional ice hockey team in New Jersey.
