Overview

Victoria represents business owners, property owners, developers, and investors in matters related to the sale, purchase, transfer, leasing, development, and financing of real estate. She has experience with a wide-range of projects including office, industrial, and retail properties, single and multifamily developments, hotels, condominiums, shopping centers and university campuses.

Victoria partners with clients to develop innovative solutions customized to meet their specific objectives.

Areas of Concentration

  • Real Estate Acquisition & Dispositions – review, analyze and draft business and real estate contracts, including purchase and sale agreements involving real property and assets; prepare closing and title documents including deeds, bills of sale, and certain tax documents, and perform closings; conduct due diligence of real property, as well as advise and resolve legal issues relating to title and survey matters for real estate
  • Transactional Real Estate – structure, evaluate and negotiate transactions involving real property, tangible rights, and intangible rights
  • Commercial & Residential Leasing – negotiate, draft, and finalize lease agreements for office, industrial, and retail projects for both landlords and tenants at the state and national levels
  • Zoning & Land Use – research municipal ordinances and authorities to advise clients about zoning and land use matters for commercial real property
  • Commercial Real Estate Lending – represent both lenders and borrowers in commercial financing transactions including review of seller-financing mortgages and syndicated loans
  • Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, Joint Ventures & Partnerships – formation, organization, and management, as well as shareholder and membership agreements and transfer documents
  • Condominium, Homeowners’ & Master Property Associations - counsel on administrative, operational, legal and practical business issues

Representative Experience

  • Represented Landlord in negotiation of a 27,000 square foot build to suit industrial lease in Hillsborough County, Florida.
