Robert focuses his practice on representing employers before administrative agencies (such as the EEOC and the NLRB) and in federal and state courts in cases alleging discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination claims, retaliation, wage and hour claims, and charges of unfair labor practices. He also has experience providing advice and counseling to employers to minimize the risk of litigation.

Before joining the firm, Robert was an associate in the litigation department at an AmLaw 50 law firm in New York City.
