Overview
Joanne Heft is an Associate in the Labor & Employment Department. Joanne represents clients in many areas of employment law, including wage and hour claims, discrimination claims, and whistleblower claims. Joanne also assists employers in drafting their company policies, agreements, and applications. Joanne earned her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. In addition to being a member of the Florida Bar, Joanne is also a member of the Bar in Ontario, Canada, having earned a J.D. degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University in Toronto.
