We have also drafted and negotiated license agreements, including software licenses, source code escrow agreements, software development agreements, maintenance and support agreements, equipment leases, and OEM agreements.
Our E-Commerce and Technology Industry Group advises clients on all aspects of developing and operating a web site on the internet. This includes domain name acquisitions and transfers, hosting agreements, data and content licenses, and hyperlinking and affiliates agreements. We also draft terms and conditions of use, browse-wrap and click-wrap agreements, privacy policies, security policies.
