Join Robert S. Turk and Rossana Arteaga-Gomez of Stearns Weaver Miller, for a discussion about the new Miami-Dade "Wage Theft" Ordinance, which converts a simple failure to pay wages into "wage theft." The Ordinance is in effect now. We will review the prohibitions, scope of coverage, damages, administrative procedure and compliance issues for Miami-Dade employers and take questions from participants. Participants will receive a copy of the Ordinance as part of the program.
